Lucas Munisteri is the President and founder of Theia Marketing. Before founding Theia Marketing, he founded Eos Engineering, an engineering firm focused on helping oil and gas access reserves unconditionally. While building the business, Lucas learned that he liked marketing more than engineering. It provided a more diverse problem set to solve and lower risks, which allowed for a faster learning curve. Before that, Lucas was a Drilling Manager for SolstenXP in Alaska, working on oil and gas well operations from the North Slope of Alaska to rural interior operations.

Lucas takes the experiences he gained while drilling oil and gas wells across North America and applies them to the challenges he faces in marketing. He has the unique ability to look at the entire problem and identify ways to eliminate the perceived complexity to improve project performance. For this skill, Lucas was nominated for BP's Helios Award and spent much of his engineering career tasked with solving some of its most challenging projects.

He spends most of his time outside of work volunteering in the local community coaching youth sports. His favorite sport to coach is youth soccer. Lucas has been involved in soccer since his youth and had a few great coaches that helped shape him as a person, and he wants to pass that confidence on to future generations. He loves to cook and spends much of his time honing this skill. His favorite dishes to prepare are authentic Italian dishes. One day he will go to Italy to learn some accurate Italian cooking techniques and styles.

Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a certificate in Science and Technology Policy from MIT.

If he had $10 million to donate today, he would give the money to local museums and zoos. Lucas sees this as one of the best ways to promote young people's interest in S.T.E.M.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors. Being technology-free makes that time even better.
